What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We use various shipping methods to ship our orders out to our customer base. It varies based on what our customers choose on the checkout screen prior to placing the order.

Orders placed before our 4pm cut off will be dispatched by the services below, same day. Orders placed after this cut off will be shipped the next working day.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

  • DHL Pre 12:30pm (1 Working Day)
  • DHL Pre 10:00am (1 Working Day)
  • Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 Working Day’s)

We do. Acura ships all over the world thanks to our logistics partner – DHL. We can provide competitive rates along with rapid transit times ensuring you receive your equipment in no time. We offer two services for Europe and the Rest of the world.

You will be able to track your order by logging into your account and seeing your order status there. Or, you can contact the team and request details for your order status over the phone. You will receive automatic emails when your order reaches the following statuses:

Orders from Acura Systems can benefit from a 30-day money back guarantee along with a 3-year warranty on all APro products. Cables and Connections benefit from a lifetime warranty.
